Event Registration and Add-On Modules

GoSignMeUp’s Online Class Registration Software add on learning modules like these found below may be used as a component in your Event Registration System. We make it easy for you to organize classes and events, manage and schedule rooms properly and print name tags and mailing labels.
Calendar Module
Allows you to add a calendar of classes in month, day and week view. The module also allows you to add non-class events to the calendar. This will allow you to keep one calendar for all your organization's classes and events. When viewing the calendar, the student is allowed to click on links for each course that will give them detailed information about the class and allow them to complete the registration process.
Online Evaluation Module
Allows user to collect evaluations for courses and collect statistical information. Features include:
- Default survey for all courses
- Unlimited customized surveys (one per course)
- Make surveys required
- Password protect a survey
- Analyze results of a course survey and analyze results across surveys.
Room Management Module
Allows you to manage the various rooms on your site for scheduling purposes. Room set-ups can be described by the instructors or administrators. Approval levels are in place so rooms are scheduled properly.
Name Tag / Mailing Label Module
- Prints name tags with company name graphic in two formats (Avery #8395 or Avery #5392).
- Prints mailing labels in two formats with your company name graphic (Avery #5106 or Avery #5163).
- Prints Table Tents for name identification in class.
LDAP Integration Module
This new LDAP module allows users to authenticate into your Active Directory network and then be automatically logged into the GoSignMeUp Online Event Registration Program as a user so they can complete registrations quickly and easily and even without a separate login. This module will populate fields in the student registration section by bringing over fields of information from your Active Directory. This module may need some tuning in order to operate in your environment because each installation of Active Directory has different configurations.
