We would like to inform you about new features that have been added to your GoSignMeUp online registration software program. If you are a technical support subscriber, you will be able to run your "check for updates" and receive these upgrades at no additional cost.

NEW FEATURE

Internal Course Access and Revision - We have now added the ability for you to transfer your Internal Courses to the Public side both quickly and easily. Traditionally, the Internal Tool has been used to redirect courses for classes that were intended for employees (or "Internal") use only because they are not viewed on the public side. However, several clients have been setting up their public courses early and classifying them as "Internal" until a specific date that they want them to go public. To eliminate the need to manually edit each course in the "Edit/Delete Courses" area, we have created a tool which will show you all of the current "Internal" courses and allow you to choose which ones should now be re-classified in just a click of a button. To do this, just follow these easy steps:

1. Select the System Configuration Drop Down Menu.

2. Select the "Internal Course Access & Revision" Button

3. Select the courses you would like to remove from the "Internal" side to the public side. Click the "Update" Button when you are done.

That's it! These courses will now be displayed on your public home page. If you have never noticed the "Internal" check box before, you will find in in the "Courses" menu when you set up your specific course information. Simply mark the box if you would like to store it as an "Internal" course until the date you would like it to be displayed on your public home page.
