We are pleased to announce two new features that have been added to your GoSignMeUp online registration software program. If you are a technical support subscriber, you will be able to run your "check for updates" and receive these upgrades at no additional cost.

2 NEW FEATURES!

New Exportable Sign In Sheet Option.
Details: We have expanded our sign-in sheet options to include an exportable CSV file. If you choose this new option, you will be able to download your course sign-in sheets and then manipulate them in Excel or another similar program.
How to: Look for this new feature when you choose your sign-in sheet option.

Step 1
Select the Reports Drop Down Menu. Select the Sign-in sheets button.

Step 2
Choose the course you are looking for and click the CSV button. Press the "Print Roster" button. You will now see the "Download" screen and you can download this file to the apppropriate place on your computer. We hope this new feature will be helpful and allow you to manipulate and edit your class lists to best meet your needs.



Adding Electronic Signatures to Class Completion Certificates.
Details: Would you like to have your instructors' signatures appear on your Course Certificates? You can now import signatures as graphic files and use them in your certificates, in addition to the current options of printed Instructor Names or a signature line.
How to: To add signature files to your course details and certificates, follow these easy steps.

Step 1

Go to the Manage Electronic Signatures button in the System Configuration Menu.

Step 2

You can browse your desktop and add your signature files. Please use .jpg or .gif formats and we recommend they are 50 px high.

Step 3

Now go to the course Edit/Delete area and choose the course you would like to add the signature to. The new field to add the electronic signature is all the way at the bottom of the Course Information. You can choose the appropriate file from the images you have entered into the system.

Step 4

Now when you go to print your Course Çompletion Certificates you will see the Electronic Signature option. Simply mark the box if you would like to use it. You can even e-mail the certificates to your students by marking the Email option, as well. We hope you enjoy this new enhancement!
