We are pleased to announce two new features that have been added to your GoSignMeUp online registration software program. If you are a technical support subscriber, you will be able to run your "check for updates" and receive these upgrades at no additional cost.

2 NEW FEATURES!

Improved Multiple Enrollment Feature.
Details: We have improved our Multiple Enrollment Feature which allows Administrators to enroll many students at a time to the same course. You can now search and add students by name, username or phone number, or add a group of students from the same department, district or school in one easy step. We hope these enhancements will make your multiple enrollment processes quick and easy.
How to: Follow the steps below:


Step 1
Select the Students Drop Down Menu. Select the Enroll Returning Student button.


Step 2
Type in the student's name or select from the Alphabet listing.


Step 3
Click on the student's NAME.


Step 4
Now choose a category or go directly to the course by the "Search" box above their name.

Step 5
Select the "Multiple enroll" box under the course you want to add your students to, then click the "Enroll" button.

Step 6
You can now add additional students into this course by entering in their name, phone, or username in the appropriate text boxes. You can also display lists of student names by choosing the appropriate the drop-down menu (in this case, District). In this way you can add several members of the same department, school or district in one step.

Step 7
Mark the check box next to the names you want to add to this course, and then press the "Add to list" button. Continue with this process until all the students you want to add to this course have been added, then press "Continue."

Step 8
Now all of the students you have added to this course will show up in BLACK in the shopping cart on the left of the screen. You can make adjustments here by canceling students if necessary by clicking the blue "cancel" button next to their name. Now complete the process by pressing "Register." You will see a registration confirmation of all the students you added, and they will receive automatic registration confirmation via e-mail.


New font size and colors for public categories.
Details: Tired of the same look on your public front page? You can now customize the size, color and style of your category headers.
How to: To change the font style, size and color of your public categories like the example below, follow these easy steps.


Step 1

Go to the Public Custom Coloring button in the System Configuration Menu.

Step 2

Scroll to the bottom and you will see the NEW choices for choosing the font size, color and style. Simply choose the style, size and color you want and then press "Update." That's it! You can now choose from a variety of looks to best customize your GoSignMeUp public page.
