We would like to inform you about new features that have been added to your GoSignMeUp online registration software program. If you are a technical support subscriber, you will be able to run your check for updates and receive these upgrades at no additional cost.

No Show Report – Recently we developed a new report to help you track people who register for courses and then do not attend. To access this new report you will need to be logged in as an Administrator. Go to Reports and choose Other Reports. Click on the last option "No Show". Then choose a date range and submit or enter other applicable information if you want to search by Student or Course.

Pending Student Refunds – If you have your payment options turned on and collect credit card information you can now turn on a feature that will appear as a Pending Refund Link when you log in as Administrator in GoSignMeUp. To turn on this feature, log into GoSignMeUp and go to System Configuration. Scroll all the way down and choose Credit Card Processing & Possible Refund link. Scroll down again and the last option indicates "On Admin Login Page Show Pending Refunds Link?" Check the Yes radio button and click Update. There will now be a link when you log into your system indicating you have pending Credit Card refunds that need to be processed.

Online Evaluation Module – We are excited to announce we will be releasing our new Online Evaluation Module in August. This will be a great module to add to your existing program. The Evaluation Module will allow you to collect evaluations for each course and collect statistical information. Some of the many features include:

• Default survey for all courses.
• Unlimited customized surveys (one per course).
• Make surveys required.
• Password protect a survey.
• Analyze results of a courses survey.
• Analyze results across surveys.
