We would like to inform you about new features that have been added to your GoSignMeUp online registration software program. If you are a technical support subscriber, you will be able to run your "check for updates" and receive these upgrades at no additional cost.

NEW CHECK OUT OPTION!

New Customized Check Out Approval Message
Details: You can now add your very own customized message to your GoSignMeUp public check out! In this way, you can ask your students if their supervisors have approved this course, if they have completed the requirements necessary, or anything else that you feel is relevant.
How to: Follow these easy steps below to add your own check out message:


Step 1
Go the the System Configuration, and Choose the and Substitute and Checkout Options link in the second section, Course Management.



Step 2
Scroll down and you will see Hide Checkout Approval Message. Click "No" because you are now making it visible. If you would like the message to say "My Supervisor has approved this course", then click the "No" button under Show the Alternate Checkout Verbage because that is the default message.

If you would like to customize check out message, click "Yes" and type your message in the text area for the Checkout Message.





Finished Product!
Here is what the public page check out area would look like with the new message. If the student does not click "YES", then the check out process will not continue. This message would show up on every registration check-out page and the "YES" button would need to be checked for each registration. We hope this new feature is helpful!
