We would like to inform you about new features that have been added to your GoSignMeUp online registration software program. If you are a technical support subscriber, you will be able to run your check for updates and receive these upgrades at no additional cost.

NEW FEATURES

Color Groupings – To help you further identify courses for your students on the public home page, you can now add custom coloring to the title of a course. You will first need to log in as Administrator and go to System Configuration. Enable this feature by going to Color Groupings under Course Management and clicking on the button Enable. You can then begin entering names of color groupings. For instance you may want to call one group Technology Classes and then choose a color from the select area that you would like the Technology Classes to be colored. You can then go in and edit a current course or add a new course and choose the color for the course being added. To view go to your public home page and find the course. A legend will appear to the left and the name of the course will be highlighted the color you selected. This will also appear on the calendar.

Graphic for Student PDF Transcript – You can now turn on a feature in the System Configuration area that will allow your sign-in sheet graphic/logo to print on the student PDF transcript. To turn on this feature go to System Configuration and choose “Header/Footer/Logos/Phone Number” under Public Management. In the Sign-in sheet image area is now an option to “Display Sign-in Sheet Image on Transcript.

Pricing Options – For those of you who use this feature we have made a couple of modifications in this area. You now have the ability to add unlimited pricing option fields and the price you enter in this area can now be changed when adding/editing a course. To view the new features go to System Configuration and then choose Pricing Options under Payment Management. To allow pricing option override when adding/editing a course you will need to check yes and update the system. You will also see you now have the ability to add unlimited pricing option fields (in the past you were limited to 15).

Supervisor Login – If you have Supervisors login in and view reports, you will be pleased to hear we have optimized and updated the report features. In order to receive the upgrade successfully, you will need to contact us at 949-951-8701. There will be a minor adjustment we will need to make to your server. If you host with us, you will only need to run your check for updates.
