Calendar

Turn on GoSignMeUp’s calendar feature to let students browse for courses using a standard calendar format. All courses set up in the system are automatically added to the calendar, and an administrator can add other events to the calendar as well.

Icons and Course Coloring

Courses within GoSignMeUp can be identified with an icon or by highlighting the course name. This is especially useful to identify courses within a certification, mandatory classes, recommended classes and classes offered at different locations.

Check for Updates

The GoSignMeUp software can be updated through the web administration. The administrator can choose when to install the code updates, which may contain new features, security enhancements, server OS updates and more.

Time Period Based Pricing

Encourage early enrollment with tiered pricing based on a stated time period. For example, you can set the “Early Bird” price for 120 to 90 days prior to the course, the “Standard” price for 89 to 30 days prior to the course, and the “Late” price for 29 to 0 days prior to the course. Negative numbers can also be used to enable class signups after the start date.
