Emails to Custom-Created Databases
Create an email database template that will pull a subset of the students in the system based on previous courses taken, demographic data or any other student fields. Send emails to this group, and then save the template for future use. Each time you use the template the database will be updated in real time.
Advanced Pricing and Online Payments
Many different pricing options can be configured for your classes, such as free, tiered pricing, student selected pricing and membership pricing. Plus, your merchant account can be connected to your system so that class fees are collected on sign up and processed directly to your account.
Blackboard Integration
Because GoSignMeup is a partner with BlackBoard, it can be used as a fully integrated two-way building block in their system. In this case courses, students and instructors are automatically placed into Blackboard when a new class is created. Grades from Blackboard are then integrated into the GoSignMeUp reports and transcripts.
LDAP/AD Integration
GoSignMeUp can integrate with your Windows-based LDAP or Active Directory server. User information can then be brought in as an up-front load or one at a time as students register for courses.
Sign-In Sheets, Name Tags and Mailing Labels
Turn class rosters into printable sign-in sheets – easily customizable with your organization logo and your choice of fields to identify each student in the class – at the touch of a button. Automatically create and print name tags, table tents, badges and mailing labels.
Certificates
Present students with course completion certificates to mark their achievement. Use GoSignMeUp’s certificate template or create a custom design. Certificates can be either manually or automatically printed or emailed to class participants.
Transcripts
Students can log in to their accounts and view or print a transcript of all classes completed. Transcripts can include the title, instructor, dates, and grade received for each course completed.
Branding
The header graphic, public side coloring, buttons and specific fonts can all be managed within the administration area to give your site the “look and feel” you desire. As part of our service our graphic artists can assist you in creating the imaging you need.
SaaS
With our "software as a service" option, GoSignMeUp's IT staff will set up and manage your registration site for you. All backups, updates, server patches and maintenance will be provided for you from our state-of-the-art datacenter.
Sub Administrators
Are there people in your organization that only need administrative access to portions of the system? You can create Sub-Administrator logins within the web-based administration area that limit the user to only specific areas of the system or to classes in specific content areas.
Course Materials
GoSignMeUp allows you to assign materials to a class for purchase during checkout. The materials can be optional or required, and can have a fee or be a free selection.
Multiple Days and Times
Courses and events can be set up to be on a single day or on multiple days. Each day can have a unique starting time and ending time. Online classes can be set to be for a specific time period or can run continuously.
