We would like to inform you about new features that have been added to your GoSignMeUp online registration software program. If you are a technical support subscriber, you will be able to run your "check for updates" and receive these upgrades at no additional cost.

NEW EMAIL OPTIONS!

New Customized Email Messages
Details: Now you can create your own custom list for e-mailing your students! You can create templates based on either courses your students have registered for or based on your student registration fields (School, Department, etc.)
How to: Follow these easy steps below to customize your email messages:


Step 1
Go to the E-mail Dropdown menu and choose "E-Mail Custom List"

Now you can create a Template for future use by choosing either the courses the students have registered for (if you would like more than one class, then highlight the appropriate courses) or by their student registration fields.

To create a list by COURSE, choose Category, Sub Category, and then the course or courses from the drop down menus.

You can also include a certain demographic by selecting the student registration fields that you would like to include in this list.

Step 4
Select "Generate Template" and this configuration will be saved in the system for future use. Now you can Load the template you just created (or a previous one) to use or create a csv file.

Finished Product!
Now you can compose your e-mail and send it to the entire group that you created. You can send up to 5 file attachments, as well. We hope that you will find this new feature helpful!
